British Gypsum BG Thistle Bonding Coat Plaster is sold in 25Kg bags. Bonding coat can be used on a number of backgrounds and has different applications making it multipurpose. This product is suitable for a base coat plaster for both smooth or low suctions backgrounds.
Applications on British Gypsum BG Thistle Bonding Coat Plaster include:-
- Tiling
- Concrete
- Plasterboard
- Surfaces treated with Thistle Bond-it.
Other benefits include:-
- Improves workability.
- Easy to spread, rule or darby.
- Undercoat plasters are normally applied at 11mm, while most finish coat plasters are applied at 2mm.
- Tiles should not be applied directly to Thistle undercoats, with the exception of Thistle DriCoat
Accreditations of Thistle Bonding Coat Plaster :
- Conforms to EN 13279-1
- This product is certified to BES 6001 achieving a rating of ‘Excellent
